Open Selv and go to Profile. Under App settings, tap Delete account on the Your account card, then confirm. Your account and everything stored with it are deleted right away.
Email hello@selvskin.com from the address you signed in with, with the subject "Delete my account". We'll delete it and reply to confirm, within 30 days.
Your account, your email address, and everything synced to it: your routine, products, shelf, schedules, streaks, ratings and product requests.
The copy of your routine on your own phone stays there until you delete the app. Our service providers keep short security logs (such as sign-in records) for a limited time before they're removed automatically.
Nothing about you is stored on our servers, so there's nothing to delete. Removing the app removes everything.
