The Selv Skin app stores the information you enter (skincare products, routines, check-off history, nickname, birthday, location, sensitivities, and preferences) on your device only, using your phone's local storage. We cannot see, access, or recover this information. Deleting the app deletes this data. The app's backup feature creates a text export that you control — share or store it however you choose.
The app does not require an account. We do not collect names, email addresses, health information, usage analytics, advertising identifiers, or location data. The app contains no third-party analytics or advertising SDKs.
If you choose to join our email list, your email address is collected and stored by our email service provider (Mailchimp, operated by Intuit Inc.) under its own privacy policy. We use it only to send occasional app updates and news. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
Routine reminders are scheduled locally on your device. Granting or denying notification permission is handled entirely by your phone's operating system.
The app and this website may link to third-party websites (such as retailers or product pages). Their privacy practices are their own; we encourage you to review their policies.
Selv Skin is intended for users aged 13 and up. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 — and because the app collects no personal information at all, none is transmitted to us regardless of age.
If a future version of the app adds accounts, sync, or analytics, this policy will be updated first and the change will be clearly announced in the app. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version.
