By downloading, accessing, or using the Selv Skin mobile application (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Use and Medical Disclaimer ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you should review these Terms with a parent or guardian.
The App provides general, informational content about skincare routines, product ordering, and commonly reported ingredient interactions. This content is for informational and organizational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The App is not a medical device.
The App's ingredient tags, conflict warnings, ordering suggestions, and routine recommendations are based on general cosmetic-industry information. They are not exhaustive, may not reflect a product's current formulation, and may not identify every interaction, allergen, or sensitivity relevant to you. The absence of a warning does not mean a combination or product is safe for your skin.
Skincare results vary from person to person. You are responsible for the products you choose to purchase and apply. You agree to patch test new products, to read and follow product labels, and to discontinue use of any product that causes irritation or an adverse reaction. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you assume all risk arising from your use of skincare products, whether or not tracked in the App.
Product names, prices, and sizes shown in the App are estimates provided for convenience and may be outdated or inaccurate. The App may contain links to third-party websites or services (including retailers and our newsletter provider); we are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. The App may in the future include sponsored content or affiliate links, which will be disclosed. Sponsored presentation never alters the App's ingredient warnings or safety guidance.
The App stores the information you enter (such as products, routines, nickname, birthday, and location) locally on your device. We do not collect or transmit this information to our servers. If you choose to join our newsletter, your email address is collected and managed by our email service provider under its own terms. See our Privacy Policy for details.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Selv Skin LLC and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any skin reaction, injury, or loss arising from or related to your use of the App or of any product tracked, suggested, or linked in the App. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the past twelve months or fifty US dollars ($50).
The App, including its design, text, graphics, and logos, is owned by Selv Skin LLC and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party product names and brands belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.
We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
