Selv's position is that a routine tracker does not need to know who you are to be useful. The app works fully without an identity attached, and everything you enter stays on your device.
What that means in practice
No password to forget, no verification emails, nothing to unsubscribe from. The app's backup feature creates an export file that you control, so switching phones is in your hands, not a server's. If the app ever adds optional accounts for community features, they will be exactly that: optional, with private-by-default the standing rule.

How is a free app with no data collection sustainable?

Can the company see my routine?
No. Routine data is stored locally on your device. There are no analytics or advertising SDKs in the app, and the App Store privacy label is Data Not Collected.
What happens to my data if I delete the app?
It is deleted with the app, unless you saved a backup export first. That file is yours, stored wherever you choose.
